Your association is important to us and therefore we endeavour to follow a transparent refund policy. Please read the terms governing our refund and cancellation policy.
• You reserve a right to cancel your Subscription/Account with us anytime by sending us a notice in accordance with the procedure described in our Terms of Use. • Your Subscription will automatically be revoked if you violate any of our terms of or infringe otherwise, any of our intellectual property rights. • Once your Subscription/Account is cancelled, all of your content stored in the Mowize Software will be provided back to you in accordance with our established policies and procedures, within such duration as mentioned therein. Thereafter, we shall not hold any of your content at our end. • If you cancel the Subscription for Mowize Software and our Services in the middle of the plan, you will not be charged again from next billing cycle. • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Mowize Software and/or our Services for any reason, without notice at any time. • Without limiting any other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Services offered by us. • It may be noted that no refunds are offered, even if any subscribed plan is canceled mid-term before its expiry.BILLING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICIES
We have a policy of charging and collecting all payments in advancewith respect to the Subscriptionfor use of the Mowize Software and our Services therewith. All payments made by you and all the Services rendered by us are non-refundable. Once a User selects a Subscription plan and pays for the selected Subscription plan, such Subscription becomes non-refundable even if cancelled by the User in the middle of the Subscription term.
All Subscriptions are charged in accordance with the procedure and plans described in our Terms of Use including the renewal of Subscriptions.
Important:
No refunds or credits for partial months, quarters or years of service will be refunded to any User upon cancellation.
All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
The Users have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their Subscription plan for the Mowize Software and ourServices therewith at any time. For any kind of upgrade or downgrade in Subscription, the User is required to intimate us of such intention.
We will send you appropriate reminders before the expiry of your current Subscription. You can continue to use the same Subscription or choose any other plan by subscribing and paying for the same in a fresh billing cycle, once the term of your current Subscription comes to an end.
With regards to downgrades on a Subscription, we do not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service or the Subscription term.
These above policies apply to the Mowize Software and all the Services therewith unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
*Note: This refund and cancellation policy is required to be read with our Terms of Use. Words and expressions used herein and not defined in this refund and cancellation policy but defined in our Terms of Use shall have the same meaning as respectively assigned to them in our Terms of Use, save to the extent that they have been expressly modified by this refund and cancellation policy. Upon execution of the Terms of Use/Agreement, the terms and conditions set forth herein shall become an integral part of our Terms of Use, effective as on the date of execution of this refund and cancellation policy.
